Solara is in a Unique old brick building near the Triangle neighborhood, It features old unfired red brick with Glue-lam beams holding up the roof. The client’s taste included rustic and modern touches, so I designed the furniture to fit Her taste and the buildings natural look. What we came up with was a rustic looking urban forested mesquite barn door, reclaimed Glu-lam wet bar with birch sliding doors and a steel backsplash, a pair of large counter height work desks, and steel accents to tie it together, including a Threshold, a steel wrapped entry, steel lentil and steel accents on all the pieces.
